Fall Sessions are L I V E

I'm so excited that you're here and that you are ready to make memories for your family this Fall.

Fall is undoubtedly my favorite time to shoot in North Alabama. The cooler temps, the golden sky and the glowy foliage all make for amazing family portraits.

So tell me the DEETS:

Sessions will take place between September 1st and November 30th.
You only need to put down your retainer to book! Your package will be purchased after you've seen your images!
You will have the opportunity for a consultation to receive guidance on location and wardrobe + access to my client closet.
Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
You will receive a gallery of images via a slideshow on my online system where you will select the images you would like to purchase and where you can order in any prints or products you may want. Slideshows will be available within 3 weeks of your session, so please plan your date accordingly.

Session Retainer: $300

This retainer is for the photographer's time, talent and expertise. For pre-planning consultation, the session itself, and post-session editing. This retainer does NOT go toward a package.

The Saga: All hand edited, digital images for $1295 + a $500 print credit towards products.

The Novella: 15 hand edited, digital images for $795 + a $200 print credit towards products.

The Vignette: 7 hand edited, digital images for $495 + a $50 print credit towards products.

Ready to Schedule your Session?

When will I receive my images from my session?: Images will be delivered in slideshow format for your selection within 3 weeks from your session.
How long will I have to decide on my package?: When you OPEN your slideshow you will have 48 hours to select and purchase your package. You may start and stop your slideshow over each image as many times as you would like within that time frame. The time does not start until you open the slideshow.
Will I need to buy clothing for everyone?: Not necessarily! I have a beautiful client closet full of pieces for mamas, babies and girls under size 10.

If you don't find something you love I can create a styling board for you!
What if I need to cancel?: As a mama, I totally understand that life happens.

I do allow one free reschedule per booking.

This is, however, dependent on availability. i cannot guarantee that the reschedule date will be close to the date of the original session.

Beyond the one reschedule, you would need to book a new session with an additional retainer.
What if I don't select my package in time?: Slideshows are open for 48 hours following you opening them. I always encourage you to select a time that both you and anyone else involved are available and able to sit back and enjoy your images for a few minutes.

If you do not select your package in time, your editing will be moved to the back of the que, and I can't guarantee when they will be ready. I want to give every client my utmost care with images and prompt delivery or consistent edited final images. In order to do that I must stick to a schedule of editing and workflow.
Should I choose an earlier or later time if there are two options?: This is really a personal preference! This is the first year I am doing two a days in order to give more clients opportunity to work with me and streamline my process for you.

Here are some things to think about:

Choose the earlier time if:

-bedtime is a major concern for you

-you have a lot of evening activities for your kids.

-you prefer slightly brighter, cooler photos.

-you want a wooded backdrop

Choose the later time if:

-you hope for deeper, golden light (note, because of weather and the unpredictability of the sky, this is not a guarantee even at golden hour)

-your children are older and can stay up later

-you can't take off the time from work for an earlier session.

At the end of the day your session will be amazing and beautiful no matter what!
What if the weather is bad?: I will always contact you mid morning the day of your session to update you on my feelings about the weather. Please, please do not fret. Often it may say "rain" and it be completely clear by the evening.

If the weather truly is going to be unfavorable, I will contact you about a make-up day.
