Sometimes I feel like I have the best job in the world! I get the honor of documenting part of a family's story.

Check out this session I had recently with the Moreno family. 

You can really see that they enjoy being together and feel the love they share for each other. This was a fun, and creative shoot that really made me think about the importance of capturing photos of each stage of a family’s journey together. 

As a photographer and our family’s designated memory keeper, photos play an important role in my every day story. There are so many little subtle changes as a family grows and moves from one stage to another. 

Somewhere in the routine everyday living, I find a million joyful moments—if I’m looking for them.

These moments have so much life and emotion in them. Those are the moments that matter. And when you really capture them, they should be celebrated and remembered. It’s who you are at this exact moment. And a piece of your story that needs to be captured and preserved.
