Family sessions in Huntsville, Alabama can be such an amazing experience. 

North Alabama has gorgeous backdrops and scenic views that create the most magical family photoshoot experience. 

Pair that with a a family that is so in love and you have truly created art. 

Have you been considering scheduling family photos, but just can't seem to commit? What are some of the common thoughts that hold us back from documenting such crucial chapters in our family's story?

It can be so intimidating as a mama with several kiddos to put yourself out there and open yourself up to someone on the outside looking in. 

What if my children melt down?

What if our outfits aren't Pinterest worthy?

What if my emotions get the best of me and I have a hard time relaxing?

What if that baby weight I've been trying to lose for (10) years is still hanging around?

So many what ifs! But the truth of the matter is that when you find the right photographer you have no need to worry about those things. 

Can I guarantee your children won't melt down....absolutely...not. 

BUT I can guarantee to give you a hug, help you take a deep breath and document the real life moments that you may be too in the thick to notice. The way you comfort your baby by gently stroking their hair when they're upset.

The way your toddler tries to run and escape with the biggest look of mischief and joy as you try to chase them. These things matter and I will help make sure you can remember they matter. 

Oh, and clothing? I've invested thousands of dollars into curating a beautiful client closet filled with pieces that work with various skin tones and body types as well as dresses and outfits for your children. Let me put that investment to good use and give you one less thing to worry about planning!

This is a family I have worked with for three years now. Because we've built trust they are able to just show up and allow me to do the rest. From location, to storytelling, to styling, I've got you!

Daylynn Herrig - Hello. My name is Daylynn and I just moved to Huntsville a couple months ago. With that being said I don’t know anyone! I’ve been trying to find a photographer to take some maternity photos for me in early- mid December (I’m due in January) and I came across your portfolio and really love your work.
