Top 5 Subscriptions that save me time!

I know many of you are like me and are wearing many hats in this thing called life.

I have learned that one of the most important things I can do in business is automate and delegate. I am not a fan of having unnecessary subscriptions and spending money just because. However, there are a few things I invest in that are absolute life savers in my job!

So here you have them…

# 1 Canva

About a year ago I invested in the paid version of Canva. Why did I wait so long lol. Gone are the day of dragging and dropping and custom designing things in photoshop. Canva has thousands of templates that make client communication and your branding seamless and fun. The paid version isn't that much and will be worth every penny!

Sprout Studio

Sprout is a CRM that helps to organize and streamline your client communication. It allows you to create templates, contracts, invoices and workflows. There are other CRMs as well like honeybook and 17 hats, but Sprout is the one I have used for two years.

LOOM

LOOM
Whyyy did I wait so long to pay for a loom subscription? I could dedicate a whole post to loom, but here is the synopsis. Loom is a platform that allows you to record video of your for your business. I use this in many ways. I record quick snippets of video to send to a client when they book-just a way for me to reach out and say h"hey," thanks for booking. I also use these to make tutorials for things I need regularly like ordering from a gallery or how to download your images, etc.

Pic-Time

For about a year now I've been using pic time as my gallery delivery service.

Pic Time is the most beautiful interface for delivering galleries and encouraging print sales. It also supports the Simple Sales Systems for all of you out there that want to bring in money from product sales, but don't have the desire to do IPS. It's seriously so seamless and has increased my income greatly.

Photo Mechanic

TIME. SAVER. PhotoMechanic has made my culling snippity-snappity. It's seriouslt so fast. No more culling in lightroom and dragging that process on forever. Gone are the days of loading those giant RAW files for culling. With PM you essentially load a screen shot of each file for the sorting process, so it makes going through those galleries lightning fast. Do yourself a favor and grab a free trial.
