If you are like me, by the time Fall arrives I have felt all of these things. And sometimes all in one day. As a homeschooling mama of three littles and full time business owner, there are times it can feel like my business is running me. 

When you're in the weeds, there isn't a whole lot of time to dream and design your business for the coming year, and if you aren't careful, you can start a new year feeling already behind with no end in sight. 

It was from this place that the realign retreat was born.

Since 2021 I developed a practice in my business to retreat away at different points during the year.

And whether it was a hotel locally, or an airbnb a few hours away, I blocked off the time just for me and my business. 

Time for me to sit and reflect on the previous year. 

To look at what was going well in my business, what I was really proud of. 

To look at what ideas or implementations fell short. What needs revamping?

Time to look at the year thus far in my business and plan out the quarters ahead -what would my social media and marketing focuses be? What creative projects do I want to plan? Any big shifts that I desire to make?

Time to look at my profit and loss  and really dive into how my business was doing financially. 

This wasn't a time just for playing catch up- it was a time to playing forward. 

So I thought, why not facilitate this space for others just like me-because surely-there are others. 

I NEED THIS!

At this retreat, we are all our own boss.

To be clear, 

I am your facilitator, you are your own She.E.O.

The purpose of this retreat is for each woman to have the freedom, time and space to reevaluate and realign their businesses. I will have a loose itinerary for you as well as some content planning calendars that you can use. We will carve out chunks of time for different business aspects, but ultimately you will do what is best for you as a business. 

You can be as social as you want to be, or as focused and self-guided as you want to be. Everything is optional! 

When you go home you should feel like you had solid, uninterrupted time to dream and design and breathe new life into your business.

DAY ONE

CHECK-IN AND WELCOME

Day ONE is all about getting settled and getting to know each other!

  • Check-in leisurely from 4-7PM. Dinner and Getting to know you fun and games
  • Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is where you will want to land if you are flying in. There will be pick up from the airport. If you'd like to take advantage of this, make sure your flight is scheduled to land by 1pm est.

DAY TWO

FULL DAY RETREAT

  • Begin the day with optional yoga and quiet time to care for your body and heart as well.
  • Dive into looking at your Q1 numbers and profits and refining your offers based on what worked and what didn't work. Set goals for Q2 based on data driven numbers!

  • Time to work IN your business and not ON your business. 

  • Round Table discussions on your quarterly plans and how to Realign them when needed.
  • Dinner Out to Celebrate a day of hard work!

 FULL DAY RETREAT!

  • Q2 Content Plan. How to plan long form content and repurpose for your social media
  • Masterclass by expert Manali Santakke on time management and goal setting

CHECK-OUT AND FINAL REFLECTIONS

After checking out those with flights will be shuttled back to Atlanta.
