Pregnancy can be such a mix of emotions. Nervousness, excitement, exhaustion, discomfort, and joy all color this time of change. Whether you are transitioning from no children to one, or from many to more, a family maternity session is a beautiful way to capture you and your family at this moment of anticipation.

Let’s talk lighting. Going outside gives you gorgeous options for lighting your photos. Golden hour, for example, will bring you rich tones and a romantic glow. Morning shots will look clean and bright. The outdoor light adds warmth, connection, and atmosphere to your maternity photos.
